Marc Sylvestre: Director

Graduated from a Master in Urban Development (IUG, 2007) and MSc in Water and Environmental Management (WEDC-Loughborough, 2020), Marc has managed numerous development projects in Lebanon, Haiti and Nepal. He participates in the strategic and operational development of the organisation (strategy 2018-2020), project development, fundraising, and framing the monitoring-evaluation-impact of projects. Anne Marie Khetib: Head of Admin and Finance

Administrative and financial director of the World Scout Bureau (WSB) for 9 years, Anne Marie has the same responsibilities within our NGO and ensures that our organisation, recognised by public utility, implements required procedures, regarding good governance and financial management (Swiss GAAP FER 21). Rachel Hosein Nisbet: Director of Communications & Advocacy

Rachel's expertise lies in understanding the intersection of cultural practices and environmental processes. She holds two PhDs, in the geosciences and the environmental humanities, respectively. Her Indo-Trinidadian heritage reinforces her commitment to safeguarding low-income communities' livelihoods and the ecosystems that support them.


Blandine Barthod: PM IWRM/ Watershed management

With a B.A. in International Relations and a Master in Environmental Sciences, Blandine currently monitors the Blue School programme, and is launching the 'Rain Communities' project in Pokhara (Nepal). LinkedIn


Florian Bielser: PM Rainwater Harvesting - Agroforestry

Florian Bielser holds a Masters in Environmental Engineering (EPFL, Switzerland). He completed a placement as an IRHA project manager in Fatick region (Senegal, 2019).


Marine Protte-Rieg: Head of Programme (Senegal)

Marine holds a Masters in Geography, Social sciences and Cartography. She has conducted a year-long, in-depth assessment of 14 villages in the Fatick region. She joined IRHA's team in May 2020, taking over current projects and develop new ones in Senegal. Linkedin


Susanne Huterrer: Fundraising & Translation

Susanne holds a BA in International Culture and Business Studies. She joined IRHA in 2020, taking charge of communications with our Latin American partners, translating project proposals and writing our German fundraising proposals.
