Activities > Political Positionning of RWH
IRHA is working to introduce RWH in East Timor
In November 2006 IRHA Secretariat was honoured by the visit of Dr Rui Maria de Araujo, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health of Democratic Republic of Timor East.
Ms Veneranda E.M.Lemos Martins (Chief of Staff to Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health) as well as Mr Alain Dick (Counsellor and Charge d'Affairs of Timor-Leste's Permanent mission in Geneva) assisted at the meeting.
IRHA team proposed a plan for action for future rainwater harvesting implementation programme in the country, which includes also " Blue Schools" projects.
