Institutional Membership
Government bodies (water, natural resources, energy, health, agriculture, development or foreign ministries); authorities engaged in the environment, water, agriculture or other, at local or regional levels; UN agencies; government donors countries; international financial institutions; universities; private and institutional donors* could all be accepted as Institutional Members of the Alliance.
This category of membership is for institutions acknowledging IRHA’s work in the field of rainwater management to increase access to water, preserve natural resources and energy, improve health, boost agricultural yields or promote sustainable development. These members will support institutionally IRHA’s actions and will contribute to the growing momentum of the worldwide RWH movement.
By becoming Institutional Members of the Alliance, these institutions demonstrate their commitment to develop RWH within IWRM and to support IRHA members RWH activities action in their different regions.
